Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Night Kitchen Porter. The Night Kitchen Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen,deep cleaning the kitchen after service. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning of the kitchen after service.
• Cleaning fryers,grills,and the canopy/extractor etc.
• Washing and sanitising all kitchen surfaces,floors,and equipment.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Ensuring the kitchen is spotless and ready for the next day.

Requirements:

• Experience in kitchen cleaning or porter work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Reliable,punctual,and hardworking.
• Ability to keep on track and manage their own time efficiently.
