Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of New Product Development Lab Technician Intern at our offices in Sterling, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with new product engineering and products
• Perform lab testing using NI FlexLogger software
• Organize and analyze data using Excel and DiaDem
• Wire up parts for testing and help with basic test set-up
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate or recent graduate
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering with an understanding of electronics and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of basic lab equipment is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to integrate and work within a highly collaborative and diverse group of individuals
• Strong Organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects
