Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

Located within Whangarei + surrounding areas.

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our retail execution strategy, ensuring our products are perfectly represented in store. You’ll take ownership of in-store execution, from shelf compliance to promotional displays, and build strong relationships with store teams and key contacts. This is a flexible, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives working independently, loves attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement in-store product displays and point-of-sale materials according to brand guidelines
• Ensure shelf compliance, planogram layouts, and head office core ranging are correctly executed
• Identify recommended product ranging opportunities to maximise portfolio presence
• Drive merchandising and replenishment, ensuring display excellence
• Audit and report in-store activity using our mobile app
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders
• Support both compulsory and discretionary in-store activities

About You:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising, brand representation, or field-based roles is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Effective communicator with confidence working independently
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to act on-the-go
• Own reliable transport and a smartphone
• Must be comfortable with travelling to near by locations (Kerikeri, Kaikohe)
