Job Summary
- Interviews patients and his relatives/companions regarding present and past history of illness.
- Keeps accurate and complete records of patient’s data, OT evaluation, progress notes and treatment programs.
- Carries out physical therapy procedures as prescribed by the physiatrists and accredited physiatrists outside of OLLH.
- Clears with the physiatrist all direct referrals before carrying out prescriptions.
- Fabricates splints and assistive devices.
- Transports in-patient from room to PMRD and vice-versa.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
- PRC Board Passer
- Newly-Licensed Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
