The opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator with excellent organisational skills to support our busy Central Otago team. Key responsibilities in this pivotal role include general administration duties such as the weekly processing of invoices and timesheets. This role also involves front-desk reception duties, so a professional appearance and a friendly manner are essential.
You will be a well-presented 'people person' with great customer service and communication skills. Strong office administrative skills and the ability to prioritise workload are crucial. You will bring exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to this role. Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities are key, as is professionalism.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A full NZ driver's licence is essential
- Strong organisational skills and efficiency in a busy office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience, preferably including accounts administration
- Proficient user of the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and team-focused attitude
