Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Support staff with administrative needs
- Handle data entry and update internal systems
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
