Office Administrator

This role will be managing the front of house reception & administration responsibilities with some additional adhoc retail sales duties.

This is a detail orientated & customer focused role which will be best suited to someone whom enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling of Customer enquiries in store , on line and telephonically.
  • Prepare order quotations & process sales invoices effectively.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge & provide accurate informed advice to customers.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage appointments , deliveries , collections and internal communications.
  • Support the wider sales & retail team.

Desirable

  • Working Knowledge of SAGE or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
