Office Administrator Full Time or may suit Part Time also
To plan and carry out admin, sales support, warehouse support activities (couriers/web orders) and minor bookkeeping to maintain and develop FSL customers in accordance with agreed business plans.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Organising, managing, and logging customer orders.
2. Owning customer queries until handed over or resolved.
3. Answering customer phone calls with a polite and confident manner.
4. Processing email, phone, and web orders.
5. Monitoring orders until complete.
6. Preparing and sending quotes to customers.
7. Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
8. Update Website pricing and stock quantities
9. Take responsibility for work and daily tasks to be carried out in the office and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner
10. Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries/products.
11. Ensure that system and workflow processes are adhered to
12. Escalate all serious issues to your line manager at the earliest opportunity
13. Process sales orders and generate customer invoices
14. Set up new customers on database and email statements
15. Assist with Petty cash and Bank reconciliations
16. Update customer price files.
17. Liaise with customer support processes to maximise customer satisfaction
18. Sales support to Admin and Marketing including updating spec sheets, allergen sheets etc.
19. Complete tasks always in a safe and healthy manner.
20. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
21. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
22. Complete any reasonable request for other duties, at the discretion of senior management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €23,812.50-€30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
