Office Administrator / Epos Administrator

(Full Time or Part-time)

The Role

Your role as an office administrator / Epos administrator will be to primarily to work in our Epos office. This is a permanent job offering with the possibility of either full time or part time (depending on your preference and availability).

Your role will include:

  • Updating & amending prices on our EPOS system
  • Inputting deliveries & invoices into our EPOS system
  • Sending orders & processing orders
  • Answering customer calls & queries
  • General office administration & duties

Job requirements

The preferred candidate would have some office administration experience, excellent computer skills, experience or qualifications, in MS word, excel, and publisher and have achieved leaving cert or equivalent. Some experience in retail would be beneficial but not compulsory.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Carlow, CO. Carlow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
