As our Office Assistant Intern, you’ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day office. We need someone who is organized, a great communicator, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks with a smile. Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage Office Supplies: Keep track of office inventory and ensure we’re never out of the essentials.
Oversee Access System: Handle office access for staff and visitors.
Bill Payments: Stay on top of our bills and ensure everything is paid on time.
Stock the Fridge: Make sure our fridge is filled with everyone’s favorite snacks and drinks.
Coordinate with Cleaners: Ensure the office stays spotless by liaising with cleaning services.
Arrange Meeting Rooms: Prepare and organize meeting rooms for guests and team meetings.
Office Decoration: Keep our workspace looking fresh, fun, and inspiring.
Arrange celebrations: From birthday fikas, to work anniversaries celebrations, to after-works, you'll be the spider in the web.
Mood Manager: Be the go-to person for maintaining a positive and happy office atmosphere.

This role is fully on-site in our offices downtown Stockholm.

This internship is for 6 months. Internships at Furhat are not salaried, but come with a minor compensation to cover basic living costs. The goal of the internship is to prepare you for a potential full time job at Furhat depending on your personal growth during the 6 months period.
