Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and supporting marketing initiatives through planning and social media. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage team schedules, meetings, and communications to facilitate collaboration.
- Assist with marketing tasks such as posting on social media, taking pictures and videos and engaging with clients to collect testimonials.
- Develop and manage budgets for office supplies and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld within the team.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support management decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to foster positive relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
