Office Manager / Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. This role requires a versatile professional with strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills to ensure smooth functioning across various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, event planning, vendor relations, and human resources, with a focus on maintaining efficient workflows and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Oversee company insurance policies and maintain all required licenses and compliance documentation
  • Manage payroll processing, employee scheduling, and workforce coordination
  • Administer, review, and manage contracts and agreements, including:
  • Purchase contracts
  • Rental agreements
  • Event contracts
  • Employment and independent contractor agreements and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CFO and external advisors on cash flow management and financial planning
  • Coordinate and maintain company-wide scheduling and operational calendars
  • Oversee marketing budgets and track spending against approved plans
  • Review, approve, and monitor company purchases in accordance with budget and policy

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
