We’re hiring an Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist at PractoPal.
PractoPal is an Optical Management Software built specifically for optical retailers to manage POS, customer records, appointments, inventory, CRM and reporting in one integrated platform.
As we continue onboarding more stores, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and helping them successfully adopt new technology.
This role will work closely with our product, development, and sales teams to ensure new clients get up and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling new client onboarding
- Collecting and organizing data for migration (inventory, customers, etc.)
- Coordinating with our data processing team
- Working with the development team to set up new client accounts
- Conducting onboarding training for new stores
- Providing first-line support for client questions
- Gathering feedback from clients and relaying insights to our product team
This is a client-facing role based in Singapore, where you will have the opportunity to:
- Visit retail stores
- Provide in-person onboarding and training
- Build relationships with optical retailers
