Online Chat Representative (Remote)

About Us:
We are looking for Online Chatters to join us on immediate basis. Looking for motivated individuals with excellent English communication skills.

Role Overview:
As a online chatter, you will handle online posting activities, interact with customers, and ensure timely responses to queries. This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home opportunity. (No calls)

Responsibilities:

• Manage posting and engagement activities across different social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a professional tone and high-quality communication.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection.
• Reliable PC or laptop (i3/i5 with at least 8GB RAM preferred).
• Willingness to work 8hours a day for 6 days a week. 9Can select a shift of choice)
• At least 6 months of prior experience in customer service or live support (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong English skills and eagerness to be trained are also welcome.
