On behalf of our client, a leading Irish motor group, we are looking for a full-time Online Vehicle & Digital IT Specialist to assist in their push to a better online experience for customers.

Responsibilities will include
- Creating, editing and managing digital advertising production consistent with the organisation’s brand, style and tone. This will entail taking photos and videos of cars.
- Increasing brand awareness, growing online traffic and generating leads.
- Development of company's online presence using all social media mediums, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Google, TikTok.
- Monitoring key metrics such as audience growth, audience profile, audience engagement, content reach, and engagement by content type and leads.
- Reacting to analytics and implementing continuous optimisation.
- Showcasing our brand USPs to an online audience.
- Conducting periodic web content audits across all media, editing the websites where necessary.
- Updating and developing our websites and adding functionality in line with new IT trends.
- Building IT infrastructure to assist and benefit the sales, workshop and parts departments.
- Liasing with our franchises IT departments and IT suppliers and implementing a framework to ensure all new updates are implemented in a timely manner.
- First point of call on all web and data security matters.
- Responsible for preparing, implementing and managing all online vehicle content across the company's retail business.
Desirable experience and skills
- Have a Degree in IT or Marketing.
- Possess excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of website analysis and maintenance.
- Have social and digital media experience.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Have a proven ability to build strong relationships and work well with multiple stakeholders in the business.
- Hold a full, valid and current driving licence.
- Have experience in a retail motor industry sales position.
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Toyota, Lexus or Mercedes-Benz brands is desirable.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and ancillary products and services is an advantage.
- Experience of Salesforce is an advantage.
- Have broad overall business acumen and industry knowledge.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
