Key responsibilities:

• Develop and improve our value stream based operating model.
• Support and drive strategy execution through the organization.
• Building a framework for GRC.
• Define best practices and build a culture for operational excellence.
• Project management or project workstream lead.

Your profile:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline
• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience from management consulting, strategy development and execution/ implementation or similar. Longer experience may compensate for formal education
• Experience from working with agile transformation and/ or operating model implementation
• You have a track-record of driving change and delivering tangible improvements as a project or workstream lead
• You have experience cross organizations and functions, and have worked with different levels of the organization
• You have excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
