Key responsibilities:
- Develop and improve our value stream based operating model.
- Support and drive strategy execution through the organization.
- Building a framework for GRC.
- Define best practices and build a culture for operational excellence.
- Project management or project workstream lead.
Your profile:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience from management consulting, strategy development and execution/ implementation or similar. Longer experience may compensate for formal education
- Experience from working with agile transformation and/ or operating model implementation
- You have a track-record of driving change and delivering tangible improvements as a project or workstream lead
- You have experience cross organizations and functions, and have worked with different levels of the organization
- You have excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
