About you

This role is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, digital fluency, and a passion

for empowering others to do great things.

Ideally you are educated to degree level or equivalent and have at least 2years experience in a

Pharmaceutical or other regulated environment. You are well-versed in Lean/CI/ Innovation

methodologies, have a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and ideally possess a Green Belt

certification or equivalent.

You have experience working with or managing external vendors/partners and in coordinating or

delivering improvement and enhancement projects. Experience using Agile methodology is key and

you are skilled facilitator, comfortable leading cross-functional workshops and training sessions.

You are digitally fluent – comfortable using modern tools to support project delivery and

communication - and passionate about enabling long-term capability.


You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and you are able to engage and influence positively across
cross functional teams and stakeholders. You excel in planning and can prioritise to manage competing
demands always aligning to overall strategy. You have the ability to self-reflect and self-manage, you
enjoy gaining knowledge, continuous improvement and solving problems.


About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new capability from the ground up — bringing

people together, enabling change, and driving sustainable improvement, in this role you will

coordinate and implement our first site-wide Continuous Improvement program

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Lead, you will coordinate all aspects of the CI program,

including working with selected external vendors to deliver training, managing stakeholder

engagement, supporting improvement initiatives, and tracking impact. You'll also lead the

implementation of the Operational Excellence communication plan and act in place of the OpEx Lead

when needed. While the initial focus is on CI, the role will grow to include wider aspects of Operational

Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement Eirgen’s first site-wide CI program
  • Collaborate with selected vendors to support delivery and rollout
  • Plan, manage, and track program activities using Agile project management principles
  • Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Empower and coach employees to apply CI tools and drive improvements
  • Implement and maintain the Operational Excellence communication plan
  • Act as deputy for the Operational Excellence Lead when needed
  • Collect and analyse data to support decision-making and improvement opportunities
  • Visualize performance and improvement data in an engaging, clear, and accessible way
  • Build strong relationships across teams to foster a culture of CI and shared ownership
  • Track and report progress against key performance indicators and improvement targets
  • Support broader Operational Excellence initiatives over time
