As an Operations Analyst at Flipster
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a background in data analytics, working knowledge of SQL, Appscript and Zendesk admin. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team's daily operations, the preparation and development of management, weekly and quarterly reports, assisting in the development of backend automation and responsible for data collection and processing.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports
- Assisting in campaign operations and reward distributions
- Development and maintenance of workflows and automations
- Development and Maintenance of LiveChat, Ticketing, and Answer Bot systems
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk, preferably as a Zendesk administrator
- Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
- Basic Knowledge of Javascript or Googlescript
- Experience creating APIs
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
