Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our gluten-free production facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing production schedules, staff performance, quality standards, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility.

• Oversee production staff, scheduling, and workflow to meet output targets.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP).

• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with QA and R&D; teams to maintain consistent product quality.

• Track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

• Implement and improve operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency initiatives.

• Report regularly to senior management on production performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in food manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
