South Fulton Landscape Supply is a growing landscape supply yard serving South Fulton and the greater Atlanta area. We specialize in bulk landscape materials and pride ourselves on operational excellence, fast service, and consistent quality.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our supply yard and play a key role in scaling the business.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily yard operations, inventory management, loading accuracy, deliveries, staff leadership, and customer experience. This role requires hands-on experience in a landscape supply yard, aggregate yard, or similar materials-based operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily yard operations (orders, loading, deliveries, pickups)
• Supervise and train yard staff, drivers, and equipment operators
• Ensure accurate material loading and ticketing
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard conditions
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics
• Manage inventory levels and supplier coordination
• Oversee equipment maintenance and uptime
• Handle contractor and customer service issues professionally
• Track operational KPIs and report performance to ownership
• Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and operational discipline

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing operations in a landscape supply yard, aggregate yard, or similar materials operation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking, and delivery scheduling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Equity Incentive:
• Up to 20% annual performance-based incentive, tied to operational KPIs such as yard efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitability
