Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role manages staff, coordinates service operations, monitors inventory and purchasing, and ensures that quality standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including dining service, kitchen coordination, and events.
  • Ensure smooth service flow during operating hours.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain service quality.

2. Staff Supervision and Management

  • Supervise dining staff, kitchen coordination, and support staff.
  • Create work schedules and manage staffing levels.
  • Conduct staff briefings and ensure team compliance with service standards.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management.

3. Customer Experience

  • Ensure guests receive excellent service at all times.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

4. Inventory and Purchasing Oversight

  • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing & Inventory Clerk for ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.

5. Financial and Cost Control

  • Monitor daily sales and operational expenses.
  • Help control food cost, labor cost, and wastage.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to improve profitability.

6. Events and Reservations Coordination

  • Oversee event preparations and execution.
  • Coordinate with Event Specialists to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Ensure event setups and service standards are followed.

7. Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the restaurant.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.

8. Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare operational reports for management.
  • Monitor staff attendance and performance.
  • Recommend operational improvements and efficiency measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

  • Baguio City (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
