HIRING: Operations Manager – BFSI Experience Required (Cebu Site)

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with a strong BFSI/financial background to lead our Cebu customer service team. This role requires proven BPO experience, exceptional leadership, and a focus on operational excellence to deliver top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies enhancing the customer experience.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable operational plans.
• Foster a positive work culture, supporting team development and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Manager in a BPO environment.
• Strong BFSI/financial services background.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for client and stakeholder engagement.
