HIRING: Operations Manager – BFSI Experience Required (Cebu Site)
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with a strong BFSI/financial background to lead our Cebu customer service team. This role requires proven BPO experience, exceptional leadership, and a focus on operational excellence to deliver top-notch service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies enhancing the customer experience.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Foster a positive work culture, supporting team development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Manager in a BPO environment.
- Strong BFSI/financial services background.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for client and stakeholder engagement.
