Operations Manager - Office Based

Experience Operations Manager

Bole Hire Limited is a plant hire company who is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our hire and transport operations. This is a newly created leadership position that will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hire and transport department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the hire and transport process.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the hire or transport industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer focused with ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Contribute positively as a team member in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
  • A strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent both written and spoken English (required)
  • Driving license – Full Clean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navan, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Leadership: 5 years (required)

Language:

  • Fluent both written and spoken English (required)
  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Clean Drivers Licence (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person
