Operations Site Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance planning and assignment
  • Plan and manage FCU Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules in accordance with mall operational requirements
  • Assign FCU PPM and corrective works to technicians and/or subcontractors
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to align with mall requirements
  • Ensure manpower, tools, materials, permits and access approvals are in place prior to execution
  • Ensure works comply with:
    • Approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments
    • OEM and contract requirements
    • Shopping centre safety and housekeeping standards
  • Conduct post work inspections and verify quality reinstatement
  • Act as technical point of contact for FCU related tenant complaints
  • Provide technical guidance for FCU fault dianogsis and rectification
  • Support root cause analysis for recurring FCU failures and recommend improvement actions
  • Monitor FCU performance trends and reliability across the mall
  • Review and validate FCU PPM checklists and job completion reports
  • Support budget planning, spares forecasting and lifecycle replacement planning for FCUs.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in HVAC/ACMV systems in facilities management operations
  • Proven experience supervising FCU maintenance works
