Operations Supervisor (Fmcg)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, ensuring targets for output, quality, and timeliness are met.
• Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company quality standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Address and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and achievements.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock rotation, and material handling processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
