We’re looking for a high-performing Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring and run day-to-day BPO operations in the Philippines.
If you come from a call center leadership background and know how to both build and manage high-performing teams, this role is for you.
Role Overview
- This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for hiring the right people and running the operation. You will directly oversee talent acquisition for the center while ensuring strong day-to-day performance across the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Hands-On)
- Own and execute the full hiring process for the BPO center
- Recruit, interview, and hire:
- Agents
- Team leads / supervisors
- Support roles as needed
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure quality hires that meet performance expectations
- Track hiring effectiveness (retention, quality, ramp-up success)
- Operations (BPO Management)
- Oversee day-to-day call center operations
- Manage team leads, supervisors, and agents
- Drive and monitor key performance metrics:
- Conversion rates
- Productivity / talk time
- Attendance & adherence
- Ensure scripts, compliance, and processes are followed
- Identify gaps and implement performance improvements
- Work closely with leadership to hit production goals
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in BPO, call center operations, or recruiting
- 2+ years in a management or leadership role
- Proven experience running a BPO floor and hiring agents
- Strong understanding of:
- Call center KPIs
- Hiring and retention metrics
- Ability to personally recruit and build teams (not just manage recruiters)
- Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
* Must be based in Manila OR open to travel to Manila for corporate meetings
