Operations Trainer

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer
• With excellent English communication skills
• Experienced in virtual/in-person classroom facilitation, management and content
• delivery
• Highly proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and other related resources in
• creating training materials
• Knowledgeable in creating training materials, such as presentations, workshops,
• and e-learning modules, that align with organizational goals.
• Can easily collaborate with departmental heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and meets business objectives.
• Experience in using programs to monitor and assess the effectiveness of training
• programs and employee progress, making adjustments as needed to improve
• outcomes
• Certified to facilitate one-on-one coaching and ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and encourage development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
