Operator I, Manufacturing

Function Summary: Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including in-process controls (IPCs) and cleaning of equipment and machine parts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including in-process controls (IPCs).
• Efficient and GMP-compliant cleaning of equipment and machine parts as well as production rooms.
• GMP-compliant documentation of the work performed.
• Adherence to specific regulations in the manufacturing and packaging of clinical trial samples, especially GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and the relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and order instructions.
• Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and supervisors.
• Active participation in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as in improvement opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Preferably completed apprenticeship in a relevant field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• GMP experience or training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and supervisors in German (spoken and written).
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, even under stress and in a multicultural environment.
• IT skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage.
• Flexibility for shift work.
