We are hiring, Orbital Welders

As an Orbital Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality piping systems.

Your expertise in orbital welding techniques, precision, and attention to detail will ensure the integrity and durability of our installations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform orbital welding on various piping systems, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Be able to read isometric drawings to execute welding tasks.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members, including pipefitters and engineers, to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding equipment and materials.
• Document and report on project progress and any challenges encountered.

Requirements:

• Previous installation experience is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-purity pipe fitting.
• Previous experience working on Intel projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in orbital welding techniques and use of welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of piping systems and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Certification in welding or related field is preferred.
