Order Picker/Packer

Job Title: Picker/Packer (1st Shift – Seasonal)
Location: Westerly, RI
Pay Range: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Seasonal Assignment

Job Overview:
We’re looking for reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our team for a seasonal opportunity in Westerly, RI. In this role, you’ll play an important part in preparing and packaging products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and accuracy against packing lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (scanners, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Support inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must be available for the full seasonal period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
