Order To Cash Knowledge And Training Manager / Finance Knowledge & Training Manager

The Order to Cash (O2C) Knowledge and Training Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and managing training initiatives for the O2C team. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and processes to perform their roles effectively. The position works closely with the CMA teams to align training programs with business objectives and operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• People Management: 6 years (Preferred)
• International Stakeholders Management: 6 years (Preferred)
• Leading Trainings: 6 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 6 years (Preferred)
• Order to Cash: 6 years (Preferred)
