OTC Pharmacy Assistant – Full Time

Naas, Co. Kildare

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy team in Naas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.

About the Role:

As an OTC Assistant, you will:

• Provide professional and friendly advice on over-the-counter medicines
• Assist customers with minor ailments and product recommendations
• Support the pharmacist and dispensary team
• Manage stock, merchandising and product displays
• Process sales efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous pharmacy or healthcare retail experience preferred
• OTC qualification desirable (or willingness to complete training)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in recommending products
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy setting
• Reliable, organised and proactive
