Outbound Business Development Representative (Bdr) – Remote | Philippines

We are a fast-growing sales organization managing multiple client campaigns across industries. Our team operates with discipline, speed, and professionalism and we're expanding our outbound BDR team with individuals who are ready to hit the ground running.

Role Overview

As an Outbound BDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across various campaigns. You will work through our automated dialing platform, manage high call volumes, and report outcomes accurately within our internal systems. Full campaign training is provided. What we need from you is the work ethic, adaptability, and communication skills to execute.

What You'll Do

• Handle 300-350 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing software
• Adapt quickly across multiple client campaigns, each with its own script, targets, and objectives
• Complete full training for each campaign before going live which we provide
• Log and report all call outcomes accurately within our CRM/tracking systems
• Meet daily conversion targets set per campaign
• Maintain professional, clean language in all client-facing interactions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
• (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time — night shift availability required)

Compensation

• $7.00–$9.00 USD per hour based on experience, plus night shift differential
• Performance bonuses for reps who consistently exceed daily conversion targets
• Immediate start for qualified candidates

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Prior outbound calling, BPO, or inside sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable switching between multiple campaigns and client contexts
• Strong, professional English — clear articulation, no heavy filler language
• Highly organized with accurate and timely data entry habits
• Dependable attendance — consistent daily presence is non-negotiable
• Available to start immediately

• Personal computer or laptop capable of running dialing software smoothly
• Reliable internet connection
• Quality headset or earbuds with noise cancellation
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace free from background noise
