Outbound Caller – Remote | Commission-Based (Wellington)

Description:

We’re a Wellington-based window cleaning service looking for a confident and reliable caller to reach out to local businesses and introduce our service.

This is a simple role — no hard selling required. Your goal is to have short conversations and book interest for quotes or site visits.

Your responsibilities:

• Call local businesses (script provided)
• Speak with managers or decision-makers
• Introduce our service briefly
• Book interest for quotes or follow-ups

What we’re looking for:

• Clear and confident communication
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable and consistent
• Able to handle rejection and move on quickly
• Sales or calling experience is a bonus (not required)

Pay structure:
This is a performance-based (commission) role.

• Earn commission per qualified booked client
• High earning potential based on performance
• Top performers can earn $200–$500+ per week

Contractor status:
