About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Part‑Time Outbound Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our full range of office furniture & Fit Out solutions. You’ll play a key part in generating new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our office furniture products and fit out services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and progress sales opportunities
- Support marketing and sales campaigns with call‑outs and follow‑up activity
- Build strong rapport with customers while representing the brand professionally
- Promote our showroom locations
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales (desired but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone
- Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑driven
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, word, excel
- Assist with social media campagins
