Reports to: Operations Manager

The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional food quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee catering events, from initial consultation to execution.
- Develop event schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations at all times.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage catering staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Create staff schedules and assign roles to ensure optimal efficiency during events.
- Motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain company standards.
Customer and Supplier Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best quality and value for the business.
- Handle client feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Menu Development and Quality Control:
- Collaborate with chefs and nutritionists to design creative, seasonal, and client-appropriate menus tailored to the nutritional needs of athletes.
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet Rocksalt’s quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into catering services.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in catering management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Nutrition Knowledge: Understanding of sports nutrition and dietary requirements for athletes is a strong advantage.
Driver's License: A full, clean driver’s license is required.
