Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Package Concierge to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing and organizing incoming and outgoing packages for our residents. If you are organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and store incoming packages in an organized manner.
- Notify residents promptly of package deliveries.
- Ensure accurate tracking and accountability for all packages.
- Assist residents with package pickups in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Handle package returns or incorrect deliveries as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the package storage area.
- Respond to resident inquiries regarding packages and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to enhance the resident experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with technology and package management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or logistics is preferred but not required.
