Part Time Accounts Assistant

Reporting to the Accounts Manager and working as part of a well-established Accounts Team we are recruiting for a person with the below requirements and skills that will allow them to carry out and execute the key responsibilities listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

· Extract receipts listing from banking system and accurately post and allocate all receipts to customer accounts daily.

· Support the AR function with customer calls.

· Raise Credit Notes to correct customer price issues

· Check validity of price queries and stock shortage claims

· Check validity of returned stock claims and liaise with our Good Inwards team to resolve any outstanding returns issues

· Liaise daily with our in-house sales team and warehouse administration team to help resolve customer queries promptly.

· Deal with customers daily to help resolve any account issues in a timely manner

· Forward all customer requests for copy invoices, credit notes and proof of deliveries.

· Assist the AR Function with customer account maintenance.

Skills Required:

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail required

· Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills

Pay: €25,500.00 per year
