Part-Time Barista

Location: Thompson Washington DC – Navy Yard

We are looking for a passionate, guest-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team and help us deliver unforgettable moments, one cup at a time.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Provide genuine, personalized service that reflects the Thompson brand.
• Ensure the barista bar and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Support the Food & Beverage team with light prep, stocking, and service needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
• Previous barista or café experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right personality.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
