Part-Time Barista

Mocha Beans is a locally loved, independent coffee shop passionate about great coffee, warm service, and creating a welcoming space for everyone. We roast our own beans and take pride in every cup we serve.

Your Role:

As a barista at Mocha Beans, you’ll be the face of our shop — greeting customers, preparing high-quality drinks, and keeping the shop clean and friendly.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to company standards
• Create excellent latte art consistently
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Keep the counter, equipment, and service area clean and tidy
• Restock items and follow opening/closing procedures
• Assist with simple food prep when needed
• Handle and manage cash-up procedures

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Previous barista experience preferred
• Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
• No Sunday or bank holiday availability required
