Job Title: Part-Time Clinic Receptionist & Bookkeeper

Industry: Aesthetic / Dermatology Clinic
Location: BGC and Cainta (must be willing to work in both branches)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clinic Receptionist & Bookkeeper to support our aesthetic clinic operations. The clinic operates 3–4 days per week. On clinic days, the role will focus on front-desk and patient-facing responsibilities. On non-clinic days, the role will handle administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Clinic Receptionist Duties (Clinic Days)

  • Greet patients professionally in an aesthetic clinic setting
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Handle patient inquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out
  • Collect payments and issue official receipts
  • Coordinate with the doctor and clinic staff regarding patient flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and professional clinic standards

B. Bookkeeping & Administrative Duties (Non-Clinic Days)

  • Record daily sales, expenses, and collections
  • Track payments, deposits, and basic cash flow
  • Prepare simple financial summaries and reports
  • Organize receipts, invoices, and clinic records
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation
  • Coordinate with external accountant as needed
  • Handle basic admin tasks (inventory tracking, supplies, clinic records)

Work Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Clinic operates 3–4 days per week
  • Admin/bookkeeping work done on non-clinic days
  • Schedule to be discussed

Qualifications

  • Experience as a clinic/medical receptionist or admin staff preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Willing to work in both BGC and Cainta branches
