Job Summary
I am a busy Psychotherapist looking for a highly organized, confidential Clinical Assistant to help manage my client files, streamline daily session preparation, and eventually assist in launching online mental health programs.This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role. Experience handling confidential medical or psychological records is highly preferred. Strict adherence to health privacy regulations (PIPEDA) is required. [1, 2]Phase 1 Tasks (On-Site Catch-Up & Daily Prep):

• Organize a backlogged clinical filing system in a secure home office.
• Take dictation/session summaries to update patient files.
• Prepare daily client files (pulling previous notes and required worksheets) so the clinician is fully prepared for the next day's sessions.

Phase 2 Tasks (Remote Side-Business Launch):

• Assist with the digital setup, administration, and online presence of a new online self-guided program.

Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on experience with medical/clinical administration).

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments both in-person and remotely
• Support data collection and documentation
• Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Aid in case management activities, including coordinating care plans and communicating with clients
• Support administrative tasks such as managing emails, and maintaining organization

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
