Our professional accounting and advisory firm is seeking a highly organized, compliance-minded Communication and Materials Administrator to support client communications, tax and payroll workflows, regulatory documentation, and secure information management.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys structured processes, checklist-based work, and supporting CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and regulatory compliance operations.
Schedule: 10–15 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $22–$28/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote or In-Office

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client onboarding, compliance communications, and regulatory correspondence
- Manage tax organizers, 1099/W-2 processes, Workers’ Comp audit documentation
- Support payroll onboarding and HR compliance documentation
- Maintain secure client portals and document workflows
- Assist with monthly accounting follow-ups and QuickBooks data cleanup
- Track deadlines, workflows, and compliance calendars
- Support IRS, state DOR, and DWD documentation and POA processing
