Part Time Deli Assistant Centra Bonnington

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Preparing made-to-order sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and hot deli products.
• Customer Service: Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and providing product recommendations.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and general food safety regulations.
• Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitising the deli counter, equipment and display cases throughout the shift.
• Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, rotating products to ensure freshness (FIFO - First In, First Out)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
