Part-Time Dental Assistant Needed For Private Office!

Now Hiring: Dental Assistant
Established, Patient-Centered Dental Practice

We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity for new grads looking to to be part of a supportive, organized, and high-performing practice that values both clinical excellence and team culture.

Schedule

• 2-4 days per week
• Office hours are 9am to 5pm
• Oral surgery days can start as early as 7am

Clinical Responsibilities

✔ Assist doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
✔ Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
✔ Take diagnostic X-rays
✔ Perform coronal polishing (must be licensed)
✔ Maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes
✔ Ensure smooth patient flow and turnover between appointments
✔ Follow infection control and OSHA protocols
✔ Assist with oral surgery and endo cases when scheduled

Required Hard Skills

✔ Coronal polishing certification (required per state guidelines)
✔ Digital X-ray proficiency
✔ Experience with Dentrix
✔ Comfortable working in a paperless office
✔ Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
✔ Strong understanding of sterilization protocols

✔Front office experience is a plus
