Your opportunity

As a Fitness Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients to stay active, independent and confident.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading group exercise programs, including strength and wellness-based classes
• Developing and monitoring individualised exercise plans tailored to client needs and goals
• Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and overall quality of life
• Contributing to the planning, promotion and evaluation of fitness programs and services

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Registration with Fitness Australia or ESSA
• Demonstrated experience delivering fitness programs
• Current driver’s licence
• National Police Check

We would also love you to bring the following skills:

• A passion for health, wellbeing and supporting older people to stay active
• Confidence delivering both group classes and individual programs
• A collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to innovate
• Additional qualifications in Pilates, Tai Chi or similar are highly regarded
