• Review resumes, assist with candidate screenings, and manage reference checks
• Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records
• Play a role in onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• GCE A Level or Local Diploma qualification
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or job portals is a plus
• Curious, proactive, and committed to building a long-term HR career
