Internship Details
We believe the best way for anyone to learn is to get hands on and dive into the work. That’s why we assign our interns to projects and teams across the entire business. This structure allows you to build foundational skills for a professional setting – everything from structuring an Outlook inbox to giving a presentation to company leadership – while also helping you learn more about the type of role or industry you might pursue after graduation.

• Timing: 14 weeks in January-April
• Compensation: Paid at $25/hour
• Location: Remote only within the US
• Hours: Expected availability of 15-25 hours per week on a consistent schedule
• Company works 9am-5pm EST; majority of intern hours must fall within standard business hours
• Qualifications: Current sophomores and juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field

For students taking a term off or who have a non-traditional schedule, there is the opportunity for a full-time internship. When applying, please note your interest in a full-time schedule in your cover letter.

Responsibilities
Interns will function as members of existing executive search teams and will be tasked with projects and deliverables critical to the success of these engagements. Work will include:

• Researching and presenting relevant industries, target companies, and candidates
• Conducting the initial screening of executive candidate resumes and backgrounds
• Contributing to operational improvement initiatives
• Collaborating effectively across the search team to leverage best practices and former candidates
• Utilizing industry platforms, such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Pitchbook
• Assisting in the management and maintenance of Falcon’s internal database
