Part Time Maintenance Technician

• Basic household maintenance
• General Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a must
• Tenant work orders
• Cleaning
• Painting
• Diagnoses and minor repairs of HVAC related issues
• Lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt)
• Some grounds keeping & snow removal
• Must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed to all common areas and units.
• Ability to work an on-call schedule as required to meet the needs of the property
• Use a variety of building trade skills
• Be able to work on step/extension ladders
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must have a Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
