Part-Time Marketing And Photo Editor Associate - Ph Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing & Photo Editing Associate to support our brand’s growth. This hybrid role combines digital marketing execution with photo content creation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and creativity. The position also requires flexibility to provide on-call support during high-volume periods, ensuring timely delivery of projects when demand spikes.

Objectives

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support brand consistency across all communication channels.

Photo Editing

• Edit raw images into polished, compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use.
• Add graphics, text overlays, filters, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative photo concepts.
• Ensure images are optimized for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

On-Call Support

• Be available to assist during periods of high workload or urgent project deadlines.
• Provide flexible support to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and fast-paced demands.

Competencies

• Proven ability to support marketing or social media tasks.
• Strong photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Some exposure to digital marketing and photo editing — applicants must submit a portfolio or sample work to demonstrate skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic content creation.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn new tools and processes as needed.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to on-call support during busy periods.
